Booking terms and conditions
Once you have received your quote and are happy with your quote you can fill out your booking form. On completion of your booking form you will be directed to a booking fee page. Booking fees are £60 or the amount you have agreed with A K Casino Knights. All booking fees are non refundable. In the unlikely event of a cancelation your booking fee can be transferred to a future event. On recipt of booking form and booking fee A K Casino Knights will issue a balance invoice with a due date of payment. Full payment is required two weeks before your event.
Charges for the rental of fully staffed casino tables for the hours specified on your invoice. Play times do not include set up and break down of equipment. Necessary setup and break down periods will be stipulated by A K Casino Knights. If requested, additional hours will be billed to the CLIENT at £40 per table, per hour (increments of one hour for periods of 15 – 60 minutes). Client will be afforded the opportunity to extend the event the day of the event. Providing all of the terms and conditions of the contract are met, at the discretion of the acting representative of A K Casino Knights Ltd. This decision will be made final by the management of A K Casino Knights.
Installation of Equipment
A K Casino Knights offers a set up period of 1.5 hours before the performance time. If possible, casino tables are always removed after the performance time. If a longer period is required, charges will apply. During December and New Year, flexible installation times are offered, with agreement from both parties. It is a requirement to inform A K Casino Knights if there are stairs at your venue. How many stairs, access to your event room and distance from the entrance. If your casino equipment is required above the ground floor, there will have to be a lift available that A K Casino Knights and its representatives can use. If there is no lift available then additional members of staff will be required and will be chargable to the CLIENT. Failure to inform A K Casino Knights, with clear instruction of venue layout could result in refusal of installation.
In the event the CLIENT should cancel this contract within 30 days of the event, CLIENT agrees to pay A K Casino Knights Ltd no less than event booking amount of the total amount owed for the entire event. In the event the CLIENT should cancel this contract within 14 days of the event, CLIENT agrees to pay A K Casino Knights Ltd in FULL. In the event A K Casino Knights Ltd cancels the contract within 30 days of the event, then the CLIENT’S booking fee and all moneys paid will be fully refunded. Unless the booker has not been clear and A K Casino Knights and its representatives have attended the venue and deemed the CLIENTS information misleading or incomplete. ALL booking fees are non refundable.
THE CLIENT represents that the event is hosted by THE CLIENT. In the event that THE CLIENT misrepresents the purpose of party or event, A K Casino Knights Ltd has the unilateral right to cancel / terminate party and THE CLIENT would be the liable party for cancellation fees as previously stated.
Food appropriate to the time of day MUST be provided if there is additional time the client requires A K Casino Knights to be at the venue or there is a break between performance times. For afternoon, sandwiches and for evening bookings a hot meal is requested. Soft drinks and water must be made available throughout the booking to the performers. Should it not be possible to provide this then an extra charge equivalent to the costs of the food and drinks will be added to the booking at £10 per main course and £2 per soft drink.
By making payment the CLIENT agrees that they have been made fully aware of the terms of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 and The Gambling Act 2005 and that gaming can only take place where prizes are awarded.
The CLIENT agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the function room or any other part of the venue by the CLIENT, his/her guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors, or other agents under the CLIENT’s control. A K Casino Knights Ltd will not assume or accept responsibility for conditions beyond the control of staff representing them or damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the room. Prior to, during, or following the THE CLIENT’s function.
A K Casino Knights Ltd reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, in the event that any term, condition or promise in this Agreement has been or is being violated. In such event, there will be no reimbursement or credit towards any fee previously paid or any fee still owing.
If A K Casino Knights Ltd brings any action to enforce any of the terms, conditions or promises in this Contract, it shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in such an action.
Unless a fee is paid or the Client makes a special request, set up and break down times are entirely at the discretion of A K Casino Knights Ltd and it’s representatives.
All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.
A K Casino Knights Ltd reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms or conditions at any time. Should clarification of any of the above be required please contact us.
